Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, including magic links and third-party sign-in methods.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

2. Service description

WeHaveTen helps organizers create mailing lists, send event invitations, collect YES/NO responses, and notify participants when an event is resolved or closed. The Service is provided by YY Digital and may change over time.

3. Plans, billing, and taxes

We may offer a free plan and one or more paid subscriptions. Plan limits and features are described on the pricing page and may change.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Billing and payment processing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. We receive limited billing data, such as subscription status, plan, and billing country, but we do not store full payment card details.

Taxes, including VAT or sales tax, may be calculated at checkout where required by law.

4. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing management experience. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the checkout or billing flow.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you create or submit through the Service, including mailing list data, event messages, and related responses ("Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the email addresses and other data you add to the Service. You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited messaging.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Comply with applicable laws and email consent requirements.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers such as Google (authentication), Paddle (billing), AWS (email and storage), and database and hosting providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us, the Service, or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeHaveTen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WeHaveTen harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where WeHaveTen is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the date above.
