Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for WeHaveTen paid subscriptions. WeHaveTen is a product owned and operated by YY Digital. WeHaveTen uses Paddle as the merchant of record for payment processing.

1. Subscriptions and cancellations

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. You can cancel through the billing management experience at any time. Unless otherwise stated in the checkout or billing flow, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests made after 14 days are generally not eligible for a refund.

3. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through Paddle. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] (YY Digital), and we will help route the request through Paddle. If Paddle provides a direct refund workflow for your transaction, you may also use that process.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
